Bookings are only open to full financial members of the club. All booking applications must be made through the Honorary Booking Secretary, who is available by telephone on most Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8.30 p.m. - 9.30 p.m. on (03) 9891 7323. At other times, a combined answering and fax machine is available on that number. If you leave a message, the Booking Secretary will return your call the following Tuesday or Thursday night. Bookings will not be accepted on the answering machine. Booking applications accompanied by credit card details can be faxed. The Booking Secretary will advise by mail or telephone if the application has been successful. Bookings can only be made through, and be confirmed by, the Booking Secretary in Melbourne. No bookings will be accepted through the Lodge Manager at Falls Creek. Bookings Bookings for the winter season open on the 1st of May. | ||
